Yeah, I'm a bit nervous about that, too. My first thought was, "OMG YES!" but my second was, "I hope this does justice to the original series, unlike the movie." :p Let's hope they'll be working on this! And Naoki Sato, too, while we're at it.

He's pretty spot on. I barely remember anything from the movie, probably because it was so nonsensical that I only kind of understood what was going on. I might have found it at least mildly entertaining at the time, but it was very disappointing overall.
