Creative solution

In my post from Last night, I was talking about looking for models. And as I thought, I had people who live no where near me wish they could do modeling. JP came up with a solution (Mainly I think he just wants to take nude pictures of his Woman).

If you truly want to model for Charcoals, you can send me pictures.
Here are the requirements that I ask of: )

I do hope that this works out for you, and that you open up a major new creative source. Charcoals are wonderful for both works of intensity and subtlety. This should really get your creativity (avoided using "juices") flowing!

I hope so. Thankfully though I do have one person who is willing to come over to my studio too and model which is good because I can control the lighting.

The advantage in photos though is if I like a certin pose, I can use it over and over again and the model doesn't get tired standing there for 15 minutes while I draw it.

BTW, do you prefer color or grayscale?

either is fine. Color isn't all that important for a charcoal referance. It's mainly shawdowing that I'm looking for.

Well, with my Charcoal drawings, the details of a persons face isn't all that important. Its mostly Shadows and shape I'm looking for. I'm not going to mind the grainy pictures so much.

If I was doing cartoon Caricatures, I'd probably be more picky on the quality of the photos.
