Whoa... livejournal has definitely been getting neglected in lu of the other blogs. Damn I need to get off the computer and go to sleep. Oh, how I'm enjoying not having to work! Mississippi is pretty swell if you know you are going to be leaving in a month or so.

Well... I broke my pelvis snowboarding last week and have just now started to venture from my bed into the real world again. Now what?

So I don't have a majorly important topic. Ummm... just some rambles. Day off. It is very, very cold and snowy. The mountain is busy. So I'm just going to chill in town. At the coffee shop of course. And so things are good today. Finally a little stability and direction seem to have seeped into my life, no matter how I inadvertently try to keep them out. And I think I'll stay til April 1st. Never so many ups and downs. It is a beautiful day and, although they are no tetons, the mountains around here do have a certain endearing quality. I will be so ready for the beach when I get through though. The job isn't so bad and if I can ever get the motivation to get on the mountain things will be fabulous. Well, well... Let's see... at a library in or near Keystone. Quit my job. L. A. picked me up and I'm now sleeping on her man's couch in a tiny employee housing unit. BUT I think it was for the best. I was happy and having fun last night. We'll see how this turns out. If I can't find a job soon I'm going to go home.

Yea! Went on my first blue run yesterday. Even went over a few small moguls. Only fell a couple of times, and they were more like sittings really. Such an amazing day that it almost made me forget how trapped I feel in the place I'm living. Still seem to be caught in the middle of myself...
