This morning (not BEFORE packing) we decided it would be best to stay at the Tetons another couple of weeks. A road trip does not seem like the most appropriate thing at the moment and maybe by then gas prices will have stabilized a bit. Very odd. Two more weeks ( Read more... )

Nikki, you are smart, very cool and a hell of a girl. I know I'm sure proud of you. And I'll tell you what you said you already know. It will be alright. You want to know why? Because there is nothing else that can happen but things will be all right.... eventually. There may be bad things along the way but eventually what you already know will happen... it WILL be alright. If it isn't, then we might as well all just give up and I know that isn't your way or mine!

Hey, positive energy counts in any form that it takes. Prayer, thoughts, wishes, spells, candles in windows, songs, drumming or whatever. It doesn't matter, you choose the form and send it focused on where you want it to go. It will help. Stay cool and don't let it keep you down boo-bears.

I had no computer all summer, I just received your e-mail from July. Andrew has kept me updated on how you've been. Funny I receive it right now when we are both feeling the confusion/anger/sadness caused by the storm. I hope your family faired well through it. I can't watch the news anymore and I feel completely worthless because I want to help those people. It's been crazy here. In a time when people should love each other even more, they are instead killing and robbing each other. I am glad you are there surrounded by beauty and not here being dissapointed by human nature. I don't know if you'll get this e-mail before you come home, but I've missed you! With you, Mark, Andrew, and Jake all gone I have missed being around genuine people. You have to call me when you get back 205-901-2973 or come visit my dorm room 314 New Women's West. I want to hear about all your adventures. Oh, and I love that Picasso, it's so sad and wanting.
