★Dieting★week 2★Part 1\3★

Heeey guys....so I'm going to start the dieting series!!!
So in this post I will be concentrating on Exercising and the reason why YOU should exercise
Then on the next part of this week I will concentrate the exercising choices and which ones i do.
This will be a 9 week series, which will include around 18 to 22 posts....

Wow it's great that you did a post on exercise, because I love it! I totally agree with everything, working out has definitely made me more fit, energized and happy!! :D Plus my twin and I are some of the only girls in our grade who don't get acne, so I think exercising is really helping our skin as well ♥

Totally the benefits of it are endless but even your skin is the one that you have proof of changing ne~
Now if someone asks you how you keep your skin so clear and acnefree you can tell them to exercise instead of asking <3

hehe I can definitely say everything in this true ♥ After I started running for cross country and track, I was healthier, happier, and more energetic!
