ok so i just did my 40 min work out plus weights, on a empty stomach so after that i grabed a wendys double. no fries no drink, i ate it so fast i think my body is rejecting it. good thing i didnt finish all of it. agh. now to the showers batman

i slept in itll 1 00. my god did that feel good. i was so exausted. now i just need to find some gym clothes and go. i know today is homeschool day for tonya so i cant go over there........ damn it. and i have to work tonight at 6. hmmmm what to do what to do. well i better get on brushing my teeth yuck something died in there i am pretty sure.

I am feeling totally depressed today. I woke up from a "bad dream" and have been off set ever since. I am really feeling crappy about myself, and i know its because i need to get my ass to the gym. but when i feel this way i just dont want to. i need to fricken start taking my st johns wart so i wont be so sad. i also dont have time for bull shit. wow. since all i do is the same shit different day i dont feel the need to update. plus between kristin and nat you know whats going on in my life. i have been going to the gym everyday. doing 40 mins of cardio and then lifting some areas. i have so much energy and its just 4 days of doing it. i always thought those people lied when they said they ( Read more... )
