Today, I went back and listened to "så vände vinden". It's based on a long science fiction poem by Harry Martinson which won a Nobel Peace Prize in the late 60s. The poem tells of a spaceship of 8000 refugees traveling to Mars after their planet has been destroyed by nuclear blasts. Two months since stockholm
It has now been two whole months since I left Sweden. Almost daily I look back over my photos and videos and remember all the amazing times. Equally, doing this tears my heart apart. Feeling is different to remembering. I look back and remember and it seems as if vivid imagery from a bookö but I cant remember how I felt. If only that would come ( Read more... ) -

I just realised the irony of the last words I said in Sweden at the airport, "räker det?".
"Does it add up?" was in reference to change I gave the lady behind the counter but in the context of my entire trip it seems a fitting question. -

Stockholm
I am leaving for Stockholm tomorrow afternoon! I have been obsessed with Sweden since I was 16 and now I am finally going! I will be there for a month followed by a week in New York.
I don't know what else to stay right now.. It is all a bit surreal and I need to get some sleep...
