Well, just finished my Test #2 in Geography, it was pretty easy, and it took like 15 minutes :) Also, I ran a gel for the first time by myself yesterday, I'm so proud. I cast the gel, refridgerated it, loaded the ladder, and dyed and loaded the DNA samples. Then I hooked it up and ran it for about 40 mins. Today, I'm going to finish up running it ( Read more... )
