Now there's an experience you definitely won't get at a small school!

What is your intro to med professions class like? It sounds kind of neat, like our honors class where they try to teach you how to approach grad school and how to get funding and stuff.

I'm glad to hear you had a fun birthday, even with all those tests going on.

It's offerd by the med school, and it's mostly just different doctors telling you what they do in general and how they got into it. They also address social and ethical questions in their fields. I figured it'd be good to check out. Plus it's totally online, so I don't have to go to class, I can just do everything at my apartment.

That sounds good for you, especially if you can make your own schedule and tackle it in the evenings. I figure an 8 a.m. class is as cruel for you as the exams here which run from 7-10 p.m. for me (luckily, so far I've never had one).

I'm in the intro to med professions now. Its a great class. You take two quizzes a week online and have to write a 2 page debate on a topic they give you. Some of them are really interesting and about like malpractice, social stigmas in psychiatry, etc. The one i'm putting off writing now is on mandatory nationwide drug testing.
But yeah, good choice! You'll really like it, in order to answer the quiz questions you have to watch short lectures given by docs and stuff. Its also nice to not have to go to class heh.

Holy mess those pictures are crazy.

I feel your pain with all the busy-ness with school...I had two tests yesterday, as well as two tests next week, a program due Monday, and a group presentation on Thursday. Hallelujah!---It's almost over!
