Today was totally brilliant. I woke up with the sunshine. I had boundless energy. I did a bunch of yoga and stretches, etc. I went to my chiropractor and he pounded on my back and neck until everything was back in line. Then I went to my reflexologist. This weather's gettin' me down. I totally have the winter blues. I've cooped myself up in my condo today and haven't even bothered to venture outside. Part of me is glad that I've taken a day to myself, another part of me is disappointed in myself that I didn't do more (ie: go down to the gym, or clean my place, etc.)
