In the 70's in *Burma* there was a group called Saing Saing Maw. If one is thinking about listening to any Burmese pop - I would suggest this group. The interesting thing about the song Manah-Manah is that it did not originally air on the Muppet Show as many people believe. In fact, the original Manah-Manah was known in the 1960's and was played on the radio from time to time, with very little allusion to it's origins.
