I see no valid reason why we have been denied Danny making fun of Steve's tramp stamp.

At least one fanwriter I know of simply ignored it, she wrote the stamp in. Possibly the fic was written before he got shirtless on the show, but I'm perfectly happy for Steve to keep his tramp stamp in my head canon :)
