So, what started as an lj comment to rosephile quickly spiraled out of control to a 30+ picture spam post of Alex O'Loughlin, and I figured, y'know, I couldn't keep all that greatness to a comment. So, a post it is. Most of these I've seen countless times, but a few made me flail alt how I've missed them.

Of all the weeks to have migraines, why does it have to be the week I actually finally work 40 hours and have the house to myself for the weekend.
One day, I'm going to find a migraine medication that doesn't make me sicker then the migraines. Because this shit sucks.

So I'm working today in anesthesia and we have 10 patients. 10 you guys!
Yesterday I had 112 patients. I've been here an hour and I'm already bored out of my skull so if anyone has some food/fun/silly/fangirly etc etc sites or posts or picsmor time killers or anything they want to drop off in here I would be more then grateful -
