I like having things in my mouth, it's a comfort thing I guess allthough I never sucked my thumb as a child. I didn't start sucking my thumb until junior high, and then I didn't think of it as sucking my thumb, it was just like... I dunno, having something in my mouth. Like chewing gum or giving head. Anyways, just thought I'd mention it, don't ( Read more... )

Being girly is pretty lame. Springtime has jump started me back into the falling in love with everything and everyone.
I read one of the zines you gave to me to give to Olivia to send to Sara, and it had a good point; crushes on girls feel way cooler (and more empowering/less lame/whatnot) than crushes on boys. Which is really very accurate.
Right now though, I'm giddy and in love with the trees and the lake and the grass and the sunshine. Wheee!
Yet bounded to this fucking computer by homework and the promise of tommorow afternoon off if I do.

Hey Jess, interesting point, the thing about having crushes on girls. And I say that because on the bus on the way home yesterday I was thinking about how I don't really like girls that way that much, I'd just prefer to because when you have crushes on boys you feel all "Oh my god!" and tumbley and weirdly helpless and they're so big and strong and smell good and you can't figure them out to save your life, where as with girls it's... different. More "I am woman, hear me roar!" Yeah.

Absofuckinglutely. It's interesting that you were thinking about how you don't like girls all that much, cos that's usually be, but then the other night, I was thinking about how rad girls are. But not so much in a sexual way, but still a bit, maybe.
Damn, we are fucked up creatures.

I dunno, my crush on carlie makes me tumbly and weirdly helpless and confused and swoony sometimes. Whereas with boys it's like, "I know you need this so it's easy." Does that make sense? definately different I agree, but in the opposite way.
