I have finally posted a couple fo photos! Sorry it took so long, and there are only a couple to start, but more to come soon!

Last night I went to my first ceilidh (pronounced kaylee), a kind of Scottish community getogether, that involves lots of booze, some Robbie Burns poetry recitation and lot's of trad Scottish music. I've just come back from Edinburgh. I made a rather spontaneous decision to go on Sunday upon waking up to find myself faced with nothing more exciting than collecting eggs for the next two weeks. Alrighty now, where to start... I'm at Macleod Organics, in Ardersier, which is just near Inverness. I work about 8 hours a day here, if not more (had an 11 hour day on Wednesday, was bagging chard unil 8 at night) but the work is varied enough that it doesn't feel too long. So I've just come back from a very long bike ride around a loch, over a pass, along the seashore and back over a pass to make a complete circle. It was about 50 kilometers of almost completely deserted country roads winding through some of the most beautiful country I've ever seen. I'm in love with Scotland. Last week was the longest, hardest work week of my entire life. It's the Harvest in France, with a capital 'H'. Life stops and all the energy in the entire region goes towards harvesting grapes. This past week has been a whirlwind! On the evening of the 18th I touched down in Vancouver International Airport. I felt obliged to tell customs that I had been on a farm in Poland in the past two weeks, and consequently got my boots scraped (while I was still wearing them) by a very gentlemanly customs officer.
