Don't annoy me. I could have you arrested! This is one of the dumbest laws ever. Why use the word "annoy"? Why not use a more objective word, like "stalk", or even something like "severe emotional harm". "Annoy" is so subjective and I would think fairly unenforceable from a legal standpoint.
