the holiday retail season + working in one of the busiest gamestops in the central florida area = not much time to worry or stress over much except work a little bit.

richie has a crush. and is hanging out with her tonight. i have that feeling of nervous excitement in the pit of my stomach, something i haven't felt in almost 6 years. it's pretty wonderful/terrifying.

( I used to listen to so much more maroon 5 in the seemingly-distant past. not a whole lot in the past 5 years, starting to again. i liked sarah alot, but she never really evoked the kinds of feelings in me that made me so giddy it made my friends uncomfortable to read my livejournal. there was no ridiculously powerful attraction that made my head swim like i've had before, that made me keep a stack of journals full of writing so sickly-sweet-and-sappy that noone was allowed to read them (well i let erica read them actually.) i don't know where those journals are, i think they got lost several moves ago. where i'm going with this is that i want to meet someone that makes me want to start a new journal. )

i haven't felt like doing anything in a while. and here in this new apartment when i don't have/want anything to do I just end up sitting here staring at my computer. and when the pages i've been frequenting lately begin to stay the same no matter how many times i refresh, i just kind of zone out and start thinking. and as a chronic over-thinker ( Read more... )
