Whoops and yay?

God help me, I just signed up to write a fantasy bigbang and do art, and probably pinch hit art. What was I thinking? I also got a shiny new dw account to go with it.

On the plus side, as of today, I am no longer just a jcp minion. I have a job in sales, which I never would have pictured, but the tour day was a lot of fun, so I'm excited.

Thank you! I've got a really fun plot to write about creepy, haunted orphanage with dark secrets. Which probably says I've been reading Sarah Rees Brennan's blog entries about the joys of gothic literature way too much lately. And strange, strange teenagers, and everything's better with supernatural teens. I have a schizophrenic, a werewolf, and an alleged arsonist thus far. And some dude who got caught up in it for thinking with the wrong head.

And I am SO EXCITED about the job. I actually got hired after two interviews instead of three. As soon as I know that will work out and I have an updated wardrobe, I am going to ditch jcp. CAPSLOCK CANNOT CONTAIN MY GLEE.
