I'm not even afraid of getting turned down, I don't know what it is. It may just be a lack of interest. I'm a leaf on the wind at this point, I have no time for this kind of thing.

In this particular instance, she was leaving for Thailand the next day, so it really wouldn't have mattered. And the last girl was just way too short.

I know how you feel though. The first time I asked someone out I got nervous and slipped on absolutely nothing and plowed my head straight into her locker, leaving a structurally damaging dent.
