If everyone who is in Neverland supposedly gets to Neverland as a kid following some fairy to the first star on the right and straight on to morning, then how are there so many adults who are pirates in Neverland if you never grow up in Neverland?

hmmm good question...
maybe it's because they went to neverland when they were adults so because of that, they were angry and they turned into bad guys (pirates).
