This was my 3rd year doing the Walk for the Homeless in DC. It is always amazing to go down to the Mall and see 20-30 thousand people walking for/supporting something they believe it. It gives me hope when I see the crowds.

We have had our softball tournament for the past 2 nights. We finished as the 1st place losers. Yup 2nd place for a team that finished 4th or 5th in the leagues regular season isn't bad. We beat the best team two nights in a row, but lost twice last night to the 2nd place team. I hate to say it but I am old just like the rest of the guys now. I ( Read more... )

You know it doesn't surprise me how many people don't work out, but rather how many people go to the gym on a regular basis. I joined the gym back in October realizing that I needed to get into shape to feel better. I don't know if it makes me feel better or not. I went on most weekends during my internship.
