today was a good day, did a lot of shit, joey slept over last night, we went to see undercover brother with him and nick, woke up and rode bikes on the trail from bristol to east providence, then i went to the beach with jen and went swimming for the first time this summer, killer waves, very cool. now im at home, totally exhausted, talk to ya all
