Wolves

The Department of Fish and Game and the Department of Endangered Species is WRONG! And every other site that talks about wolves, I might add. Someone was arguing with me that there are no wolves anywhere other than the upper-midwest and the Northwest. I responded with 'uhhh, yeah there are. There might not be Gray Wolves though..and some are coy dogs/coyotes so unless you are up close to them how are we to know.....I know I should not open this can of worms but I had to...

All wolves in the US are a subspecies of the Gray Wolf--- the Gray Wolf is the only species of Wolf in North America.

And if the tracks we've seen, and the animales we'ves seen are from coyotes--- I don't EVER want to see a wolf. (But since I have seen a wolf out here, they're the same thing).

The government also says there aren't any mountain lions in VA and I've seen one in Shenandoah national park.
