to like it when my life is complicated... At least that would explain why I regularly make it so. Also, i have a very sore chin. Don't ask. 

I cannot survive on almost no sleep indefinitely. And drinking copious amounts of fine wines is an excellent idea, just not when so bloody tired.

I am being very rock and roll at the moment. Go me!

 I haven't posted here for ages. And I also realised that it's over a year since I broke up with the ex, and I think that merits a long reflective post about how ace my life has been since then. But not now, now I am just going to mention that I am dead excited about seeing Mark and Ropp and Matt tomorrow, and looking at erotic manga with them.

The simple answer is that any dream I have involving Sarah Jessica Parker being my girlfriend counts as a nightmare. I am scared of my subconscious, really I am. 

This whole doing things thing is working out really well. I cleared out a cupboard this morning, finding a selection of odd shoes and a lot of lonely looking Christmas crackers. This weekend I am being sober, as I need to sort out my flat so I can start trying to sell it as soon as possible. In aid of which, I have spent the day getting paint all over myself, and even some on the walls. It's been lots of fun, and now I'm beginning to get excited about moving. On meeting someone new last night, who told me that he had spent a lot of the last week driving, I apparently asked him 'Is that because you're a twat?' Brilliant. I am a spectacularly rude drunk. I hope he didn't take it personally.

It's temporary (yay - gives me time to a) get on a course, still a month to go before I know for sure or b) work out what I want to do in the meantime). It's reasonably paid.
