So I can't graduate until I take my ONE REMAINING course for my minor. Alas, it's not offered again until SPRING of 2011. Dammit, they will get four years out of me, one way or another. So frequently I'll come across a word in conversation or in reading, and I'll wonder how it got to be the way it is. Usually I will remember it, and look it up later. Today I was thinking about "raise" and "raze" and the fact that they are homonyms with contradictory meanings... and my brain tickled.
