Today has been brought to you by the words sold and relieved... and the letters D, O, N, and E.

Renegade pine nuts that, unbeknownst to you, escape the toasting pan into the drip pan of your electric stove will combust into rather large and impressive flames when the burner is later, and for an entirely other purpose, turned to high.

We now have chai with the ambience of a smoldering campfire.

Sort of anemic and pathetic, but... tiny little flurries of snow nonetheless! Yay!

Events over the last few months have served to put a whole lot of perspective on life. The last few days have been particular eye openers. I'm seeing things in a different light from many different angles right now. For that, I am grateful, but now... I think I'm ready to bid farewell to 2007.

So many things for which to be thankful again this year. And I am. Happy Thanksgiving to all of my American friends!

I'm being denied a trouncing by Tennessee (on the Hogs, no less ~ Hey, C!) because my local station is carrying a NC State game instead. :(

Yanno... this whole insomnia thing really bites.
