Yes, internet world, I still exist!
I haven't written in forever (since the beginning of the summer!), and I figured now was as good a time as any to update.

I leave for New York in 3 days.
3 freaking days.
I'm packed, I'm ready, I'm excited, but...I'm terrified. I mean, 6 weeks living by myself in New York and trying not to get lost and not get attacked, combined with the competition of all the other people in the musical theatre conservatory. I'm panicking. -
brb, still dying from the Glee finale...

When you try your best but you don't succeed...
I'm starting to wonder what I'm doing here. I work SO hard to be the best performer I can be, and I never get any of the opportunities I try for. I understand that dealing with rejection is part of my career, but when it's every single time, it just makes you question what the point is anymore.

Life Update!

HOT DAMN DELTA GAM
So I don't really have time to say much of anything right now, but bid day was today for sororities, and I'm officially a Delta Gamma!!!
Fun fact: it's the sorority that Legally Blonde is based on. :D -
To Old DePauw, We Toast Today, and Raise Our Voices High...
I went to a reception at a DePauw alumni’s house this evening, where current students and alumni answered questions from prospective students.
Listening to the alumni talk about how much they love DePauw and how it changed their lives, and watching the video about all the great opportunities it has to offer, I felt proud to be a DPU student.
