Yesterday was a SHITTY day.

But...in the early afternoon I stopped by the clinic for my daily weigh-in and got a compliment about how well I was doing. (My bitch of a therapist would never say anything remotely positive, so I don't hear that much.)
She told me I had done a complete 180 and that I was just doing really well in all areas.

I'm not sure if she was there when you were, but her name is Alena. A definite bitch.
I'm starting orientation at J.Alexanders.

i know how alena is. HOwever, the bulk of my treatment was before her arrival. So i dont know her too well. can you switch therapists? Julie and DG really are the people who know me well. And Anke, who left while i was in treatment. I dont know what J Alexanders is. but good luck!

You knew Anke? Then you were definitely there when I was there. She was my therapist. In fact, after she left the clinic we even met for coffee and remained in contact for a while. I did like Anke...but she was in with all the Paula bullshit against DG and advised me to 'pack my bags and get the hell out of there' at a time where it was premature and cost my parents a lot of money because we couldn't get out of our lease. I won't get on my Anke rant, though. I don't know what to believe sometimes.
Alena is a bitch, though. I am going to see about switching.
