I am ready for the work week to be over. 2 days in charge and probably floating tonight. We have had way too much psych-social fallout over here lately. Sometimes in nursing its hard to know where to draw the line. Most of the time you can concentrate on the child and just advocate for them in a closed setting but what happens when the parents
