I'm not a believer in charity. Most institutions that provide real care for those in need are doing the job of the government. The rest of the 'charities' are money-makers. The government is lazy.
I've read this over and over, and I really can't parse what it means. Do you feel organizations like MSF are money-makers?
They would likely fall into the first category, 'real care'. It just happens to be that I feel in most instances the very important causes should be provided by governments directly, not indirectly through charity.
