Yeah, vouch (e.g. assure, attest to, etc.) was what I implied. But, just for yours and my education, I looked up the word vouge:

vouge
n : a kind of pike used by foot soldiers in the 14th century

I'd provide a picture, but I'm too lazy.

In slang it means that you are very hip if someone calls you vouge .

I agree, it sounds like the word has something to do with douching a vagina. Maybe in some other type of slang or another langauge, it means the latter.
