Last year a barracks room above Shane's office had plumbing problems and it caused raw sewage to leak in through the ceiling. They never had anyone steam clean or remove the carpeting, or remove the tiles. Recently they changed about three tiles, but left the rest. The carpeting still has not been cleaned.
