My Mexican vacation was exactly what the doctor ordered. It was beautiful and relaxing and I only have three complaints: it was BEYOND HOT, the food (overall) was a let-down, and said food was way overpriced. The high points: glass-bottom boat tour of the arch (and a sea lion colony), attempting to snorkel, dinner at a 5-diamond restaurant,
