She huffs and drops the boots onto the floor as Isabelle leaves the room and crosses over to her wardrobe and quickly dresses into one of her lighter summer dresses. She's still having a bit of trouble doing up corsets by herself though. ]

[Izzy returns, twirling the parasol over her head as she knocks on the door.]

Jessamine is clasping a necklace around her neck when Isabelle knocks.]

[Jessamine rolls her eyes and walks over, grabbing the boots and holding them out to her.]

If you're trying to imitate a Victorian lady you're doing a terrible job. And that accent is absolutely atrocious.

I'm totally okay with that. [she shuts the parasol abruptly, trading it for her boots.] After all, there's a reason I'm a 21st century New Yorker.

[Jessamine takes back the parasol and holds it to her body as if she missed it. Which she did. She felt defenseless without it - not that she would ever tell anyone that.]

[why Izzy equips herself with a plethora of weapons. Though that's not to say that her whip's inexplicable disappearance wouldn't go unnoticed. She dusts off her boots affectionately.]

[Once she leaves, Jessamine crosses the room and closes the door after her, turns around and draws the curtains closed on her windows before promptly returning to her bed and flopping down on it in a very unlady like fashion.
