hooray for a bit of legislative sanity!
the smoking ban bill was amended yesterday. now it only is banned in places that employ or serve anyone under 18, which is sure to pass both the house (which it did today) and the senate (tomorrow). Hooray! our bars and poolhalls are safe from stupidity of government regulation again!
