I just went to Target to buy some storage bins and of course came out with a whole lot more than I had originally planned on. And one of the things that I ended up with was a tube of Goop because there were some things that I needed to glue; duh.

I'm not sure if I would submit to this or not, if I were just presented with it in the moment. Luckily I have no presing glue needs at the moment. I'll have to give this one some thought.

So did you buy the glue?

I won't buy anything at Target that requires scanning of my license. I don't mind showing my license for a video game or what-not but *scanning* is a WHOLE different ball of wax.

Oh, and yes, that means I don't buy video games at Target that require an ID because of the scanning thing.

Yeah, I did.

It's one of those unsolvable debates in my mind: Do any of us live enough off the grid such that not buying glue and getting your ID scanned means that we can't be tracked and/or framed for anything that the powers that be might ever really want to pin on someone?

If someone wants to get me into trouble bad enough, they'll be able to do it anyway, regardless of whether they can track my Sudafed or glue buying history.
