Yes. Another example would be OFCOM's bright idea of selling off frequencies currently reserved for radio mics to mobile phone operators, which would be the death of West End musicals. Ah well. Let them live their purely functional little lives, and when they all die of heart failure at 40 the balance will be redressed.
