So, the shakes make me sick. Plain a simple. I tried dividing the fourth shake into the other three, and no luck. Now I can't finish the other three. I feel gross, I'm always nauseous. My poop hasn't been solid since Sunday

I can't even imagine how hard it is. Have you been able to integrate any of the foods that you discovered you were allowed to have? That might balance things out a bit. Otherwise, massive weight loss does tend to trigger periods, as well as headaches. Keep hydrated and hopefully those will mellow out over time.
No, turns out those foods are basically for emergencies or situations where you HAVE to eat, but they'll throw you out of ketosis and I'll be super hungry.
Buuuut I'm doing much better today. I think I was just feeling super negative yesterday. :(
