The name of this journal has always bothered me. Now that it doesn't require a code to set up a livejournal I've changed it. From now on I'll be using on_the_rooftops.

A bright light flickered. Now I can't see your eyes. Because a day gotten a little dark in turn.

There are spiders on the arms of strangers,
Long pathways looking backwards,
Nostalgia, inches away from the eye,
Red flies around walls of white,

With friendly smiles smeared across their faces,
Translucent lies in their empty gazes,
Imaginary lives in the vivid scene,
Lethargy in waves of green,
