What is the best solution to back up multiple folders to a USB drive on windows? I am collecting pdfs of my sources, and just dragging and dropping stuff over means it wants to overwrite stuff.

...when they said Manchester was wet. Apparently it's the second-wettest place in the UK. Yesterday I found out that my trainers were letting in water, and today I have a cold. Freshers flu coincidence, or not?

Anyhow, this afternoon I am going into town and buy new shoes and some dry socks. Assuming this rain lets up for a few minutes...
