No, I am not on fire. Neither are the grapes in Napa.

However, yes, it is true that there are 880 fires in California right now. Three of them surrounding my town.

We have been advised to keep all children, elderly and animals indoors due to dangerous toxic levels in the air.

I went to see Prince Caspian after dinner tonight, which was highly enjoyable. And I kind of got the Giggles-With-Silent-Laugh-And-Tears-Coming-Out at one point, too. Its Friday afternoon and I have three days ahead of me with NO WORK! I also have no other obligations, which has been rare for me of late.

So, I am looking forward to a long weekend where I get to choose what to do when I do it! So exciting.
