Recommended. It did not supplant Let the Right One In as my favorite vampire movie - in fact, I'm not sure I'd watch it again, but that's entirely because of my own issues with the sister plot (more on that below), not because the movie wasn't lovely. We tried to hit North Light last night, but their hood vent had died, so the kitchen was closed. Alas. But this one was on my list as well, so it's not a real loss.

I've actually been to this one before, during regular dinner service when Heather was out here in January. Honestly, I think I liked what I had then a little better, though the dessert trio did a great job of trying to win me over.

This is my winner for Restaurant Month so far this year. After a busy day hitting all the in-town stores for the 2015 Rose City Yarn Crawl, mom and I went here for dinner. And it was FANTASTIC. Also, having hit four dining months in the last week, I really need to slow down. Oof!

We had a group of 6 for this one, so we got to try pretty much everything.

Overall, this - while good - was probably my least-liked of the dining month places I've hit this year. It's still good, and with the right choice of dishes, it could be very good, but I didn't have those dishes.

Two for two! G joined me last night and we hit Aquariva, right on the Willamette with a lovely view. G is a food-sharing buddy, so we got to hit the whole dining month menu and just split everything - yay!
