i respect paragraph six more than most things i have ever read on lj. never change that. never cheapen yourself for the security of others. you just have to wait for someone as strong or stronger than you. he will be glad you waited. don't let others make you feel like you are wrong because you aren't doing what they are doing, or that you are not having life adventures. you are having huge adventures, you're just sober enough to remember them and make good decisions. congratulations. you are smarter than they are.

Why would you want to be like everyone else? You think that not having morals would honestly make you happy?

I say love yourself, nobody can ever love you better then you can love yourself. Love life. Its easy to focus on the bad, the negative, because it hurts the most and pain leaves a wound thats hard to forget. Too many things good things are often taken for granted and are considered meaningless.

All things happen for a reason and lead up to your end. Choose your own adventure Nora. You decide and proceed smiling. Keep on respecting. Keep your morals, your conscience. Keep being a "silly girl". You seem pretty okay to me.

Good things are never taken for granted. If anything, treasured too much. It's a neverending circle with me. Sometimes I fall behind, sometimes Im too far ahead but I end up in the same place. I wonder if not caring would help numb any feeling, good or bad. Or at least cover it till it passes and is lost in an empty space between my heart and a memory.
