I officially declare TODAY spring break. Therefore, unlike during the rest of my supposed spring break, I will not do any homework. At this point, I just want to hang out with Chris and the geeks and the little children. 2. And the people at the Hair Cuttery did a poor job of cutting my hair and I have a bunch of stray longer hairs.
3. And there will soon be only 1 woman on the Supreme Court.

Update: Accepted by Temple, Pittsburgh, University of Maryland, and Penn State Dickinson. Rejected by University of Pennsylvania and Boston College. Waiting on Boston University and College of William and Mary.

And I'm home! The party begins! (By party, I mean geekfest). Rejoice.

Plans for break: Read and fight entropy.

It is now official. I received my first acceptance letter already. It's from Temple, and I had expected to get into Temple, but it is very nice to know that even if all the others ones reject me I am definitely in.

I decided that one day, if I'm rich, I'll have a building built that's named after me. It will be the Liz Amato English Literature Building (of Shortness). And there will be offices for all the English professors (instead of having them in the basement of a freshman dorm). Coming back to school this year has been awesome. Our apartment rocks (as I already had imagined from the quality of the place and the fact that my friends are all living together, but had not yet experienced).
