I, too, received this same outcome from this quiz. Perhaps you should set our minds at ease by attending more social functions. I know a soldier's work is never done, but surely you could take some time off and attend a ball or party. Not that I ever get invited to such things, but I think it would be good for you.

Well ... I am not fond of balls or parties, persay. They are more Gillette's forte, so to speak. However, to put everyone's mind at ease I suppose I should accept more dinner invitations.

Dinners are an excellent compromise. Small enough to get to know the other participants, and at least you get a good meal if the company is lacking.

I daresay there would be fewer anxious gentlewomen if there were more...obliging...gentlemen.

*smiles amusedly* I got Traditional!Norrington. Then again, canon has always been in high regard for me. I am unsurprised ... and, admittedly, quite pleased. We need little drinks with umbrellas in them.

Little drinks with ... umbrellas? How does one get a fully sized umbrella into a drink? *pause* Or are you carrying the umbrella while you drink?

They make really small paper umbrellas, miniscule really, that make the drinks look 'interesting.' The next time I throw a party at Thames House, we'll have to introduce you to them.

Aww. *pets* Poor lonely Norrington.
I was slightly disappointed - on the quiz, I got Gillette, who is all fine and lovely, but...he's no Norrington. :D

Gillette. Good man, good officer.

*pause, recalling the words of Miss Jehan* Not that I would know ... personally. I mean, I do know him personally, but apparently not as well as I had ... thought. But he's a good man.

I am .. assuming that. On a romantic level. Yes.
