So it looks like I've probably got Multiple sclerosis. I need to have some blood tests and possibly a lumbar puncture (*shudders*) to make sure. But the consultant I went to see was an MS specialist, so if he thinks that's what it is then the blood tests will probably confirm what he already knew.
