Weekend! Although this past week has pretty much felt like a weekend, compared to last semester. I wish I’d always taken just five classes a semester … of course, then I wouldn’t graduate until about 2011.
As it is, I might die before May, of boredom. I can’t spend (all of) my class time doing Sudokus and crosswords, because I sort of have to

Dude, you have MY attention span...40 minutes, tops.
Sounds like it's cold up there. Finally cold here...we seem to be skating around winter, it's not quite touched us too hard yet. (and I'm sure that just jinxed things)
Glad to see you posting. I wondered what you'd been doing up there. You haven't complained about buses or weather in AGES. *VBG*

It has been a while since I've complained about anything--and it was only weather, today. And not so much of a complaint. Although, now that you mention it, we've had a ridiculously rainy and windy winter. Power goes out all the time. The first 20 minutes of the news, every day going on five weeks now, is about the 3000-odd trees that have been blown down in Stanley Park. We've raised $2.1 million to repair the park in the last week alone. Seriously, there's going to be a benefit concert for trees.

Wow, so unicorns need to be in a secure facility? Is this for unicorns in general (a requirement of their union or something...] or is a BC law? (or is it just when they are in the city?]
It got to -2 (-6 with wind chill) today, we still don't really have any snow (I mean there is some white dust in some of the sidewalk cracks but that hardly counts). You totally got our weather (and did I ever pick the best winter to start running!)

I expect that the BCUU (BC Unicorns' Union) requires that unicorns be kept in a secure facility. They lobbied hard for that at the last contract negotiation, were on strike for three weeks, but eventually, the Liberal government conceded that point. They only got a 2-2-2-2 percent increase in pay, though, and they'd wanted 15% over four years.
