1. What colour is your hair? Long or short?
My hair is brown, and hangs just below my shoulders. As a matter of fact, I’m going to get it trimmed tomorrow. I have a lot of hair, and although it’s layered, it’s started to get bushy, as it’s wont to do. Life update
Weekend! Although this past week has pretty much felt like a weekend, compared to last semester. I wish I’d always taken just five classes a semester … of course, then I wouldn’t graduate until about 2011.

Walkin' in a winter wonderland...
Canadians laugh at what we Vancouverites call "winter". Mostly, it rains. When even a couple of inches of snow falls, there is utter chaos on the roads. Mostly this is because the temperature hovers around freezing and it's icy and slushy and yucky, but great all at the same time.

It is the halfway point of the semester today. And it’s only going to get worse.
I hate school.

Terror on the high seas...
There are not words to describe the kind of day I had yesterday.
We knew the field trip would not end well. Three buses, 120 students, twelve hours, copper mine (we aren’t mining engineers for a reason!), an assignment, all for a course we’re taking next semester.

Short bus story (although the bus was actually long)
I left school (for the second time today) at 8:45 pm. The articulated bus, which is wittily called the B-Line, says it has a load limit of 120 passengers, but that’s just a suggestion. We leave the bus loop with space for maybe three in the stairwell.

Biggest cat you have ever seen. Well over twenty pounds, and not fat, just very, very large. Brown and black. Forthright. Strange. Mister Lucky, one of my new housemates. Whom I'm growing fond of, in spite of myself.
