My computer broke spontaneously yesterday morning, right after I spent all weekend making notes on it. Will have to go home this weekend and see if it's salvageable, which I can neither afford financially nor in terms of time wasted

Oh no Norus! Many many BIG *hugs* (and you can have some real ones when I next see you). When I read the first line "I got hit by a car on the way into the hospital..." I was so worried. The next bit "I'm fine, just shaken up..." reassured me a little, but poor you! How horrid. What happened? Very glad you're ok. Cars are evil things.

And another "Oh no" to the computer breakage, and another for the bike spokes.

And I know you won't see this for a while due to the above computer breakage, but I'm thinking of you and attemptig to send some luck your way (though I'm not sure I've got much to give atm) so I hope life improves a bit xx

I'm not exactly up to much and in fact am quite looking for an excuse to get out of here for a day, so if you want a lift back (or at least to somewhere I stand a chance of escaping Oxford from) lemme know.

Geez! I'm offline for a couple of days and WHAM! I truly hope I haven't jinxed you in any way - though I got hit/knocked down by a bike which is not the same as being knocked down whilst on a bike. I can definitely sympathise with the shock though
