i asked permission from the late yasmin ahmad to borrow it from her blog. translated to arabic, it means, bismillah hirrahman nirrahim. i don't know whether you're a fan or not but she always start her movie with the word bismillah in it. instead of the usual arabic word, this particullar one appear in muallaf.

i think for her Talentime movie she starts the bismillah in tamil at the start of the movie.
